Basketball Play - High Ball Screen Continuity Offense: "Flow"

High Ball Screen Continuity Offense: "Flow"

Matt Hackenberg 12/10/2021

This is a breakdown of an offense we call "Flow." Flow is three guard, two forward offense that is a hybrid of a ball screen offense and dribble drive concepts. It has options to attack driving gaps and play pick and roll. I really think the roll and replace concept is hard to guard, and we often found the replacing big wide open at the top of the key. Obviously, playmaking guards are a centerpiece to this concept. Basketball Play - Cleveland Cavaliers - Floppy BLOB

Cleveland Cavaliers - Floppy BLOB

KJ Smith 05/14/2018

The inbounding version of the popular half court Floppy set involves simple screening action at the elbow. The shooters are free to sprint out for jumpshots, curl to the rim or even backdoor cut straight to the basket. The key to this set is that no matter what the guards decide to do as far as cutting, all four of these spots are filled once the play has finished. See More

Basketball Play - ATO Sideline Elevator

ATO Sideline Elevator

Timothy Hipps 03/19/2015

This is as play I drew up for a group of 6th graders after showing them clips of the Golden State Warriors elevator sets. GSW tends to run them out of horns with some flex cuts and screens but I tried to simplify it for the youngsters. They tried it in a game recently and worked on the second try for a made 3. See More

Basketball Play - Base 1, Base 2, Base 3

Base 1, Base 2, Base 3

Randall Edens 08/19/2013

This is my 3rd set of BLOB plays...this time a Baseline Series. We like to go with 1 specific set up unique to each season and to disguise a handful of sets in the same set up. So far I have shared a "Shapes" Series and a "Letter's" Series. Hopefully these with small adaptations to your personnel and use vs. Man or Zone can help win the "Special Situations" portion of each game for you. See More
