Spurs EOG - Need 3
12/05/2014This is a great misdirection play that San Antonio has been running for years, and perfect for a great lefty passer like Manu Ginobili. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is one of my favorite sets from the 13-14 season, and is a staple of the Trailblazers' offense. Very similar to Rick Carlisle's "Get" series from the championship Mavericks team, this set creates multiple scoring looks for each of the Blazers' offensive weapons, and can be modified to highlight any player within the offense. Below are 3 options within the set: Thumb Up, Thumb Fist, and Thumb Punch. Thumb Up creates catch & shoot opportunities for Matthews and Batum, Thumb Fist puts Aldridge and Lillard in a pick and pop situation, and Thumb Punch creates a post scoring opportunity for Aldridge. Favorite Send to FastDrawThis long-time San Antonio Spurs action is now run by many teams, including the Atlanta Hawks. Here are a few options that can be run out of the Loop It set. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawHere is an ATO counter out of the Loop It set. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA basic Chin set into a ballscreen. This is a good option for getting your 2 or 3 into a high ballscreen. Against Weak coverage against the ballscreen, flip the angle of the screen to set up a Spread P/R and a single side bump situation for your shooting 3. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA play out of the Chin set to set up a downhill attack for your 2 or 3. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawAnother look out of the Chin set. This play is designed to attack a defense that aggressively tags the Chin cut. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Chin option can be run as a called play, or as a counter if the defense denies the initial pass. Great for a passing big man. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawTwo more options out of the Chin set. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawMy last Chin option. Use this play to create a catch and shoot look for the PG. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a Stan Van Gundy play that the Detroit Pistons have been running frequently to start the game during their run of victories. It is perfect against a team that shows against side pick and rolls, and they used it last night against the Raptors. Brandon Jennings came off the screen hard looking to score and was rewarded with a floater in the paint. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Chin set is a great way to create a post up situation for your big guards. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Chin action is initiated with a Dribble Handoff. This is just one continuity option that Indiana uses in their Chin offense. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a basic Horns set, with a common second side action to the play. It is important to teach and look for every read: 1. 1 hits 5 on the roll after screen 2. 4 pops and looks for shot if open 3. 4 looks for hi-lo entry to 5 4. 4 swings to side P/R with 2 5. 5 flashes/ducks-in middle, 4 pops to range See More
