Villanova ran this quick hitter with success numerous times in their Big East Conference opener on the road at Butler on New Year's Eve 12/31/13. The first two options were the looks Villanova got against Butler. I added the last option for another wrinkle to this set.

Start in a 1-4 low set. 2 and 3 and cross/exchange sides to create more motion in the set if desired. 4 and 5 pop to the elbows. In this case, 1 passes to 4 on the elbow.
After passing to 4, 1 immediately goes to set the first screen in a double staggered screen for 3. 5 sets the second screen for 3. If 2's defender is is hugging his man and does not help, 4 can look to turn and penetrate to the rim for a score opportunity.
1st Option: 4 catches and faces, penetrates to the rim looking to score.
If 4 cannot penetrate to the rim to score, he can pivot and kick out to 3 for the shot.
2nd Option: 4 kicks out to 3 for the shot, coming off the double staggered screens from 1 and 5.
Another Option To Consider:
If 3 is a good penetrator, 4 can look to dribble handoff to 3, coming off the double stagger from 1 and 5. 3 would take the dribble handoff from 4 and look to turn the corner for a pull-up jump shot, or to get all the way to the rim off penetration.
