This is beautiful set for the Houston Cougars to get a deep post catch. This set could be utilized to get your best playmaker a catch in the short corner with space to make decisions. The piece that makes everything the Cougars do work on both sides of their ball is their pace. They are physical, they cut with purpose, and they will hunt out those hard-nosed baskets.

- 1 will dribble to the side of the player who is getting the post catch (5 in this frame). 2 will then loop off his down screen and set a brush screen for the 4
- 1 will reverse through 4 and hit 2 who is immediately popping out after running traffic for 4. Timing on the pass is key as 2's catch will trigger the cross screen.
- 2 should be able to catch, rip, and feed 5 hopefully with two feet in the paint.
- Houston will dive their 4 man to the weakside dunker on an opposite big post catch.
