1 enters to 2 and cuts to the ball side corner. 5 then vacates his post position to screen 4 to the ball side elbow.

5, after screening for 4, walks down to the elbow. 2 passes to 4 at the elbow and down screens for 1. 1 looks to curl and receive the pass from 4.

1st Option: 4 passes to 1, curling off the screen from 2.

If the pass to 1 is not available, 4 looks to pass back to 2 on the wing.

3 cuts backdoor while 1 runs through the elevator screens set by 4 and 5.

2nd Option: 2 passes to 1 for the shot, coming off the double/elevator screens from 4 and 5.
