03/19/2017A part of Michigan's motion offense, if the wide pindown is covered and the big opening is not open they default into this action. This is triggered by the point guard looking back to the wing where the pass came from and he dives backdoor. The corner fills and then looks to drive into the middle of the lane and the point guard cuts off the big setting a flare screen for a shot. 3 in the corner/opposite block must clear to the opposite side to prevent any help.
