3FTC Man Down Defense
09/04/2012Part of Daily Defensive DNA. Drill can be 4 on 4 or 5/5. It is a live drill. Anytime a player isnt (1) in proper stance (2) in proper position or (3) not communicating they are removed from the drill. This teaches the importance of each possession. Option 1: Keep teams and score for a period of time. Losing teams have "parting gifts" for not winning.
