This is a great BLOB set used by Houston against Michigan in the 2018 NCAA Tournament. Although Houston doesn't score here, the misidirection from the elevator screen really provides an effective setup.
Included in the last frame is a counter hitting 1 on a backdoor cut on an open side. Not shown in the diagram, but may I also suggest a DHO from 3 to 1 after 1's action in Frame 2. This prevents the action from being stagnant with 3 dribbling the entire time.

Box set with best shooter on strong side elbow.

3 centers ball as inbounder loops around 4, 5, and 2 in whatever way to get most open.

As soon as 1 clears, 2 shoots through the elevator (gate) screen set by 4/5.

Counter: When 2 is not open (like in the attached clip), 3 can reverse dribble and hit 1 on a quick backdoor cut on the empty side.
