This sideline out of bounds play is one that Eddie Jordan ran while coaching the Washington Wizards. If you need a 3 pter, 2 and 1 are obviously your first options. However, if you just need a simple score, look to hit 5 flashing back to the ball. If 5 can really seal around the rim this is a great look if you have a skilled big. Furthermore, if 5 is forced to catch in the elbow area, another option could be 4 trying to go backdoor for a lay-up. See More

This is the opening play run by the UCLA Bruins in their match-up against Nevada the ther night. Steve Alford is in his first season at the head of the storied UCLA program. Alford left New Mexico where he built a winning program and made the Lobos a yearly team for discussion come NCAA Tourmament time. This play is a well designed action run out of Transition as the flashing post takes away thte weak side help on the backdoor action which opens the play. The stagger screen is set-up by the down screen at the elbow for the PG. With a good screening action, the Bruins were able to get an open look at the three right at the outset of the game. See More

This is a play from the Lokomotiv Urban Krasnodar vs Panathinaikos Athens in the Euroleague on Friday night. It is a great Horns set vs M2M utilizing a middle screen at the end for a lob pass or backdoor lay-up opportunity. This set does a good job of taking away weak side help by clearing the wing setting up the middle screen and pass option at the basket Panathinaikos has won the Euroleague 6x's and is one of the most storied clubs in Europe. Lokomotiv was founded back in 1946 and has been in the city of Krasnodar since 2009. See More
